Why now

The EU AI Act already governs how your company uses AI.

You can't manage what you can't see — and most AI use at work is invisible to IT. The obligations are already live, and the big ones are close enough that preparing now is the safe move.

Since Feb 2025AI literacy is mandatory (Art. 4): every employer must ensure staff use AI responsibly.
Since Aug 2026Transparency rules apply (Art. 50): AI chatbots and AI-generated content must be disclosed.
From Dec 2027High-risk system obligations (Annex III) take effect — the register and controls you'll want in place early.

Frequently asked questions

What is AIMS and what is it for?
AIMS (AI Monitoring System) is a desktop application that monitors in real time which AI tools are running on company computers — whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Ollama, or many others. Every detected tool is automatically classified under the EU AI Act.
Is this employee surveillance?
No. It does not track people or productivity; it only maps the presence and risk of AI tools. AIMS never collects URLs, file contents, keystrokes, screenshots, or personal data.
Why does a company need this?
In most organisations, employees use far more AI tools than management is aware of. AIMS makes the full AI picture visible, documents all activity, and simplifies EU AI Act compliance — so you can prepare in time.
Which AI tools does AIMS detect?
AIMS currently detects over 300 AI tools automatically via three channels: process monitoring (desktop apps), network activity (web AIs when actively in use), and heuristic detection (unknown AIs by behavioural patterns).
What is the EU AI Act, and how does it affect my company?
AI literacy (Art. 4) has been mandatory for every employer since 2 February 2025. Transparency obligations (Art. 50) apply from 2 August 2026. High-risk system obligations (Annex III) take effect from 2 December 2027. AIMS helps you meet all of them from one place.
How much does it cost and how can I try it?
Three plans: Watcher (€9.99/mo, 3 machines), Guardian (€19.99/mo, 10 machines), Shield (€88/mo, unlimited). Pay yearly and get 2 months free. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial; a credit card is required and the trial renews automatically afterwards.
