The workflo.hu / aims.workflo.hu landing page uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure traffic and conversions. IP addresses are anonymised before processing. No other tracking or remarketing technology is used.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored by a website in your browser. localStorage is a similar technology that stores data locally in the browser without a cookie expiry. Both are regulated by the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and the GDPR.

IP addresses are anonymised before being sent to Google (anonymize_ip: true). Data processor: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy. EU-US transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Events tracked: page views, download button clicks (macOS / Windows), free trial starts, scroll depth.

Since analytics cookies are not strictly necessary, the EU ePrivacy Directive requires consent for visitors from the EEA. A cookie consent banner lets you accept or decline these analytics cookies; they load only after you accept.
3. aims.workflo.hu (admin panel)
The aims.workflo.hu web admin panel requires login. After authentication, the browser may store a session cookie for the login session. This is a purely technical, service-essential cookie with no tracking purpose.
4. AIMS desktop application
The AIMS Electron desktop application does not use cookies. The app stores the following data locally on the user's device:
- Encrypted login token (Electron safeStorage API)
- Encrypted agent token (Electron safeStorage API)
- Agent token owner email (plaintext local file)
- Window size and position (window-state.json)
- Local AI detection log (SQLite database)
- Display language preference (localStorage in Electron renderer)
This data is stored solely on the user's device and is not sent to Workflo servers, except for device registration data (hostname, OS, version) and detection events, which are covered by the Privacy Policy.
5. AIMS browser extension (AI blocking)
The AIMS browser extension (Chrome/Edge) does not use cookies and does not track. It stores the following in the browser's local storage (chrome.storage):
- Configuration pushed via company policy: AIMS server URL + organisation token (managed storage)
- A cached list of block domains (from the organisation's AIMS server)
The extension stores and transmits no browsing history, page content, or personal data; it communicates only with the organisation's AIMS server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Stripe cookies (at checkout)
When subscribing, we open Stripe's payment interface. Stripe uses its own cookies for payment security and fraud prevention. These are active only within Stripe's interface; no Stripe tracking cookies run on workflo.hu pages.

7. Managing and deleting cookies
The aims_lang localStorage value can be deleted at any time via browser developer tools (F12 → Application → Local Storage). This does not affect your account — it only resets the display language preference.
You can also block localStorage in browser settings — in this case, the language preference will not persist across browser sessions.
